  If you are ever contacted by any outside party attempting to connect to your Withum laptop in any manner for any reason, please do not let them do so or give them any information. Only the Withum IT Team should be connecting to your Withum laptop for any reason. 3rd party agents who gain access to your PC can cause significant damage to our clients and our reputations.
  
  
  Be aware! If it doesn't look or sound legitimate, reach out to IT immediately!
• Please note that a new version of the Legacy Chrome River Snap mobile app is currently being pushed out and is a required install. The legacy version will be removed.
• We are currently investigating a login issue with our Mimecast Portal, affecting access to the Outlook add-in and Security Awareness videos. We are currently working with Mimecast to resolve the issue.
